Terms of Service

These terms govern Morning Verse, a service of Rird AI LLC. By purchasing or subscribing you agree to them.
1. The service
Morning Verse sends one Bible verse and a short prayer by text message each morning. Subscribers can also text an AI companion Bible questions, what they're facing, and prayer requests. Replies are generated automatically by AI and may occasionally be imperfect. Morning Verse is a devotional service, not counseling, medical, legal, or crisis support. If you or someone you love is in crisis, call or text 988.
2. Purchases
Plans are paid once, up front: 6 months ($59) or 12 months ($89), plus any add-ons you choose at checkout. Plans do not auto-renew. Near the end of a plan we may send one text asking if you'd like to continue; nothing is charged unless you choose to. The subscription period starts on the day the subscriber activates.
3. Gifting and consent
If you buy Morning Verse for someone else, you receive an activation code to pass along. We never text the gift recipient until they text the code to us themselves. You agree not to activate the service on someone else's phone without their permission. If you opted in to texts at checkout, the recipient may choose to share a prayer request with you; we only share it when they reply YES to our offer to do so.
4. Refunds
If it isn't a blessing, email contact@rird.ai within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days we refund the unused months, pro-rated.
5. SMS terms
Program: Morning Verse daily devotional texts. Frequency: about 1 message per day, plus replies to messages you send (up to about 5 AI replies per day). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you'll get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help or email contact@rird.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major US carriers.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to harass anyone or to send unlawful content. We may end service for abuse, with a pro-rated refund.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
8. Governing law and contact
