Morning Verse is a daily Bible verse and prayer text-message service operated by Rird AI LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
1. What we collect
From the purchaser: name, email, mobile number, and billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
From the subscriber (the person receiving the texts): their mobile number, first name if provided, the messages they send us (including prayer requests), and their opt-in and opt-out history.
Website data: device and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to measure our advertising.
2. How we use it
To deliver the daily verse and prayer, respond to prayer requests, process payments, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve the service. Messages you send us, including prayer requests and questions, are private. They are processed by our AI provider only to write a reply to you. A prayer request is shared with the person who gave you the gift only if you reply YES when we ask, and is never published or shared with anyone else.
3. What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
4. Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the service (our SMS carrier and messaging provider, Stripe, and our cloud and AI providers) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
5. SMS program
Subscribers opt in by texting their activation code to Morning Verse at +1 (270) 513-9907. By opting in you agree to receive recurring automated daily texts (about one per day) and replies to messages you send us. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and receive no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@rird.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Your choices
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your data by emailing contact@rird.ai.
7. Retention and security
We keep data while your subscription is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes, then delete or anonymize it. We use encryption in transit and access controls.
